Terms of Service

By using Posting Machine you agree not to abuse LinkedIn or Slack through the product, and you accept that everything posted to LinkedIn from this product is your responsibility. We provide the tool; you provide the judgment.

You must be at least 18, have the authority to act for your company (when you connect a company LinkedIn or Slack), and comply with LinkedIn's and Slack's terms of service. We can suspend accounts that violate this.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.

Drafts generated by Posting Machine are suggestions. You review and approve each one before anything is published. You own what you publish to LinkedIn, and you are solely responsible for it — including compliance with LinkedIn's content policies, applicable law, and any NDAs or employer policies that apply to content captured from Slack.

We will not publish anything to LinkedIn without your explicit approval of a specific draft. If you enable auto-publish modes we make that clear in the UI; the accountability for posts generated in that mode still sits with you.

• No spam, harassment, or misleading content through drafts generated from this product.
• No impersonating anyone other than yourself or your authorized employer.
• No attempting to break, scrape, or overwhelm our service infrastructure.
• No using Posting Machine to violate LinkedIn's or Slack's terms. Their rules apply on top of ours.

The product is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We make no warranty that draft quality will match any specific standard, that research results will be perfectly accurate, or that LinkedIn will accept every post. We rely on third-party services (OpenRouter, BrightData, Convex, LinkedIn's API, Slack's API) and our availability depends on theirs.

While Posting Machine is in private access we may bill by invoice for agreed plans. When self-serve billing is reintroduced, the plan, price, and billing cadence shown at checkout govern. Cancellations stop future renewals; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posting Machine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the product, including reputational harm from content you approved and published. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you haven't paid us, USD 100).

You can stop using the product and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are harming other users or our service.

We'll note any material change at the top of this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
